Produced via mature PM powder metallurgy compression forming + high-precision CNC machining, these bases comply with Mil-T-21014 military standards, ASTM B777-15 (R2020) and GB/T 1804-2000 tolerance specifications. Available in 90W-Ni-Fe, 95W-Ni-Fe and 95W-Ni-Cu grades, our custom tungsten bases deliver high gravity, low center of gravity and superior vibration damping, ideal for stabilizing precision industrial equipment, optical instruments and automated machinery.
Featuring ultra-high specific gravity, tungsten alloy base plates achieve reliable weight matching in limited installation space, effectively eliminating equipment shaking, displacement and operational instability. We offer full non-standard customization for shape, thickness, mounting holes, positioning grooves and chamfered structures. Powder Metallurgy (PM) Manufacturing & Custom Machining Process
All custom tungsten alloy bases adopt standardized PM powder metallurgy pressing and liquid-phase sintering, paired with precision CNC secondary machining. This mature process guarantees dense, pore-free, uniform internal structure and high flatness for every stabilizing base:
